Oak & Eagle Solutions: an eagle rising from an oak tree
Process consulting · Custom software

Rooted in how you work.
Built for where you're going.

We spend a day or two inside your business, find what's slowing it down, and fix it with software and AI we build ourselves or proven tools we trust. No 80-page reports. No one-size-fits-all.

Why we exist

Your business works. It just works harder than it should.

Most small and mid-sized companies don't have a strategy problem. They have a process problem. Somewhere between the work coming in and the work going out, time and money leak.

The process lives in someone's head

There's no playbook. One person knows how it's really done, and when they're out sick or they leave, everything stalls with them.

Every task has a workaround

The official way takes twelve steps, so everyone invents their own shortcut. No two people do the same job the same way.

Everything is typed twice

The same order gets keyed into three systems that don't talk to each other. Your team spends hours a week being human middleware. This is exactly the work AI automation was made to erase.

You can't see the whole picture

You find out about problems after they've already cost you money, because nothing in the business shows you what's coming.

The Oak & Eagle process

Four steps. No mystery.

Scroll through each stage of the engagement, in the order it happens.

Step one · Observe

First, we come see for ourselves.

For a day or two, we embed in your business. We watch your processes run, walk your floor, sit with your team, and trace how work actually moves, not how the org chart says it should.

  • We shadow your team where the work happens
  • We trace real processes from start to finish
  • We ask questions instead of making assumptions
  • Zero disruption to your day-to-day
No slide decks. No junior analysts. Just experienced eyes on your actual operation.
Step two · Collaborate

Then we map it out with you, not at you.

Your team knows this business better than any consultant ever will. We bring the outside view. Together, we map how work flows today, pinpoint where it snags, and rank what's worth fixing first.

  • Working session with you and your team
  • A clear map of how work flows today
  • Bottlenecks ranked by what they cost you
  • Quick wins flagged on the spot
Nothing is prescribed from a template. The plan is built around how your business actually runs.
Step three · Present

You get a plan with honest options.

Every recommendation comes with a clear cost, a clear timeline, and usually two ways to get there. You choose what fits your budget and your appetite.

Built for you

Custom software we design and build around exactly how your business works. Nothing you don't need, nothing to work around.

Bought smart

Proven off-the-shelf tools we know well and have real relationships with. Vetted, configured, and set up right the first time.

If a $50-a-month tool solves it, we'll tell you. If nothing on the market fits, we build it. Our advice isn't tied to selling you software.
Step four · Implement

We stay until it works.

A plan isn't the finish line. A business that runs better is. We build the software, configure the tools, connect your systems, and train your team on the floor, not in a webinar.

  • We build, configure, and integrate everything
  • Hands-on training for your whole team
  • Results measured against where you started
  • Support that continues after launch
We don't hand you a report and disappear. The engagement ends when the new way of working sticks.
AI, put to work

Practical AI consulting for small business.

Not hype, not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. We bring AI automation to the parts of your Alabama business that eat your time, and we chain every tool to an outcome you can measure.

AI-assisted analysis

During our walkthrough, we put AI on your data. It finds in days what used to take weeks: the bottlenecks, the leaks, the patterns nobody had time to see.

Custom AI automations

The order that used to be typed three times enters itself. Invoices match themselves. Reports write themselves. Your team does the work you actually hired them for.

AI-powered forecasting

Reorder points that watch your sales and speak up before you run out. Demand forecasting built on your own numbers, not a gut feel and a whiteboard.

AI copilots for your team

We set your people up with modern AI tools, trained and guardrailed, so a five-person office works like a fifteen-person one.

Is AI practical for a 30-person distributor?

Yes, and it's finally affordable. The AI tools that gave big companies their edge now fit a small business budget. The catch is knowing which ones matter for your operation and setting them up so they stick. That's the job we do.

Will AI replace my people?

We automate tasks, not people. Your counter guy stops retyping orders and starts doing the job you actually hired him for. Every automation we build gives hours back to the team you already have.

Where we're sharpest

If your business moves product, you're speaking our language.

  • Inventory & orderingCounts you can trust, reorder points that trigger themselves, and an end to stockout surprises.
  • Fulfillment & suppliersOrders that flow from placed to delivered without living in anyone's inbox along the way.
  • The systems that tie it togetherPoint-of-sale, spreadsheets, accounting, e-commerce, all connected so data is entered once and flows everywhere.

Our roots are in supply chain.

Our founders come out of Auburn University's supply chain program and work in operations, analytics, and industrial solutions every day. Boutique retail, wholesale, e-commerce, light manufacturing: anywhere physical product moves, we've studied how it should flow.

That said, messy processes aren't picky about industries, and neither are we. If work moves through your business inefficiently, we can help.

Retail is where we start. Flow is what we fix.

Our story

Why we started Oak & Eagle.

We didn't guess that small businesses were hurting. We heard it. Call after call, the same story: an owner working eighty hours a week, doing the job of five people, holding the whole operation together with spreadsheets and memory. Good businesses. Capable people. Quietly losing time and money to processes nobody ever designed on purpose.

Around the same time, we were building. Asking AI the questions we didn't know the answers to, and watching it hand them back in seconds, with data and analysis that used to take a whole team. That was the moment it clicked. The tools that gave big companies their edge were suddenly in reach for everybody else. Someone just had to put them in the right hands.

That someone is us. Small businesses are the backbone of their towns and this country, and almost nobody is building for them. They deserve to win as much as the big guys do. We started Oak & Eagle to make sure they get the shot, and we pour everything we have into it.

We're not one consultant with a slide deck. We're a team. Grant went CFO-deep on the financials and became an ERP super-user inside six months of leaving school. Sathvik is an Auburn engineer living on the front edge of AI, tracking what's newly possible day by day. Christian has known everyone in his corner of Alabama since he was a kid, and he spends his energy opening doors for the businesses he believes in. Put us together and we can find the problem and build the fix, all under one roof.

We built this in Auburn, and that's not a footnote. This place is home. The people we want to help feel like family, and we treat their businesses like our own.

Strong roots. A higher view.

There's a reason for the name.

The oak is your business: rooted, established, worth protecting. The eagle is what we bring: the view from above, and the speed to act on what it sees. We don't tear out what you've grown. We help it reach higher.

Brodin Grady

Brodin Grady

Co-founder · CEO

Brodin's first company was a truck, a trailer, and a list of neighbors who needed things fixed. He built that handyman-and-landscaping business up, ran it, and sold it. Somewhere in there he noticed something: the tools were never what made the business work. The person running them was. Now he pairs that lesson with AI, analytics, and an Auburn supply chain degree to build systems our clients' teams actually use. Outcomes over tools. Every time.

Grant Norton

Grant Norton

Co-founder · CFO

Grant was the first intern his company ever hired. No manual. No map. No one to copy. So he made his own, rotating through every department, learning how each one really worked, and writing the playbook a whole pipeline of hires still follows. That's what he does with a client's operation, too: takes what looks like chaos and hands back a system. Tied up. Accounted for.
